    I cannot find my tickets. We never got a confirmation number I need help!

    Hello there! Welcome to planDisney, Julie! We're so glad you are here.

    Oh boy, I am so sorry to hear you are having trouble locating your theme park tickets! But, worry not, Julie! Your trusty planDisney panelists are here to help! So, let's see what we can do to find those tickets and get you all set for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

    To start, if you purchased your tickets via your My Disney Experience app, they might already be linked to your account. So, let's check by logging into your My Disney Experience account. Then, hover over the My Disney Experience logo in the upper right-hand corner. From there, click on "My Plans." Once the page loads, scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and toggle over to "Tickets & Memory Maker." If your theme park tickets are linked to your account, you will see them under this section. If not, let's move on to finding your confirmation.

    After purchasing your theme park tickets, you should have received an email confirmation to the email address entered at check out. I would start by checking your inbox and searching "Walt Disney World." If you don't see it there, it may have accidentally been sent to your spam folder, so you might be able to find it there. I'd also recommend checking your trash folder, just in case it was deleted by mistake. If you are able to locate your email confirmation successfully, I recommend immediately linking your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. This way, you don't have to worry about pulling up the email again. To do so, simply log into your My Disney Experience account, and open up "My Plans." Then, hover over "Park Tickets" and click on "Link Tickets." From there, you will be able to enter the ticket number from your confirmation email and follow the prompts to link them to your account.

    Now, if you could not find your email confirmation, don't lose hope! You can simply call one of the fabulous and helpful Cast Members on the Existing Tickets team at (407) 934-7639. The Cast Members here are like your very own fairy godmother and will use their magic to find your tickets and get you all set for your vacation.
