cannot find my ticket id number to link my tickets

    Hey, howdy, hey, Anissa!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney. You’ve got a friend in me. We are always glad to help out in cases like this.

There are three ways a theme park may be delivered:

    1. As a Disney eTicket
    2. As a part of a Travel ePackage with a ticket + hotel Vacation Package
    3. As a physical ticket card

Disney eTickets purchased online or in the Disneyland mobile app will be done by logging in to your Disneyland Resort account to complete the transaction. At the conclusion of the ticket purchase checkout process, you should also receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see that email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder, just in case. The purchase confirmation email includes an “Access Your eTickets” button. By opening that link, you can view and print out your eTickets. Or you may display the eTickets from your mobile device using the Disneyland app. Your tickets will also automatically show up in the “Tickets and Passes” screen of the Disneyland app when you log in to the same account used to purchase the tickets. No linking is required. Those that purchase eTickets from a third-party vendor will typically have steps that link your tickets to your Disneyland Resort account so that your tickets also show up in the mobile app.

Guests with Vacation Packages will receive their Travel ePackage about four days before their arrival date. But I recommend visiting the “My Hotel Reservations” page well before that to book the necessary theme park reservations even before your eTickets arrive.

If you purchased a physical ticket over the phone or from a third-party vendor, you should see the ticket barcode and ticket ID number on the back side of the ticket. It will be a 12- to 18-digit number. Use that number to link your ticket to your account online or using the “Tickets and Passes” screen of the Disneyland app.

Tony’s Tip: Did you purchase Disney Genie+ service with your park tickets? Or do you plan on purchasing it after you enter the parks? If so, don’t forget to take advantage of the newly-added Disney PhotoPass Lenses. You can access these cool, interactive augmented reality lenses from the ☰ feature menu of the Disneyland app.

    Have a magical time, Anissa!
