It sounds like you have booked a Room-Only Reservation at one of the TIGGER-ific Disney Resorts! Staying at a Disney property offers the convenience of being close to the parks, with complimentary transportation that makes getting around easy and stress-free. You will also enjoy extra perks like early park access and immersive Disney enchantment that extends beyond the attractions, making your resort stay part of your overall experience.
I wanted to let you know that I spoke to a very helpful Cast Member regarding the cancellation policy for Room-Only Reservations at a Disney World property. She said you should be able to find the cancellation policy on the confirmation page of your reservation and in your confirmation email. A new policy that changed in 2025 is that Guests who wish to cancel a Room-Only reservation must now do so eight days before their arrival. If you have other specific questions, I recommend speaking with a Cast Member through the chat feature on the Disney website or by
calling and speaking with a Cast Member directly.
