    Cannot find my lightning passes

    Welcome back to planDisney, Carla!

    If you added the Lightning Lane Multi Pass option to your Disneyland Resort theme park ticket purchase, you may begin to make Lightning Lane return time reservations on the day of your visit after your park ticket is activated at the theme park entrance.

    If you have a ticket that does not have Lightning Lane Multi Pass added at the time of purchase, you may add the option after using the ticket to enter a theme park. Same-day Multi Pass purchases are subject to availability and may be done using the Disneyland mobile app. Note that if you plan to experience Lightning Lanes only at attractions that offer Lightning Lane Single Pass, it is not required to purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass also.

    Here are the steps to booking a Lightning Lane return time:

    1. Open the ☰ feature menu in the Disneyland app
    2. Select “Wait Times & Showtimes” to show the Tip Board
    3. Find an attraction with an available Lightning Lane return time that interests you
    4. Select the tickets or passes for the Guests you wish to include in the reservation and confirm your party
    5. Confirm and finalize your selection
    6. If you chose a Lightning Lane Single Pass experience not included with Lightning Lane Multi Pass, enter payment information to finalize your selected purchase
    7. Locate your Lightning Lane selection on the My Day screen, which can be accessed from the ☰ feature menu by selecting “Today’s Plans”

    Tony’s Tip: If you enable notifications from the Disneyland mobile app on your mobile phone, you’ll receive reminders of when your Lightning Lane return time is about to start.

    Tony’s Tip Times Two: At the Disneyland Resort, all guests may download complimentary on-ride PhotoPass photos from select attractions. Guests who purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass may also access and download all of their Disney PhotoPass photos taken by photographers that day.
