    Hi, I cannot find any information about Night of Joy in 2018? Have they cancelled this event indefinatly?

    Hi Stephanie!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Isn't Night of Joy such a wonderful event? I love not only the premise of the concert and the Christian fellowship of the music go-ers, but I also love that all of these wonderful voices come together at Walt Disney World Resort.

    While I don't have the proper Magic Mirror or backend computer system to see everything happening in the (Walt Disney) world, I did some digging on the internet and it seems that the dates of the past events have been announced in late April or early May the last few years. I haven't seen or heard anything that would lead me to think this annual event of more than 30 years has been cancelled, and the event dates for 2017 were only disrupted due to a hurricane. Let's definitely hope for a quite weather season for all this year!

    Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for updates about ticket sales, the concert line up and the location. I like to follow all of their social media platforms to ensure that I never miss anything new. Also keep your eyes peeled in the dog days of summer for information about this years Candlelight Processional at Epcot. Celebrity narrators retell the biblical Christmas story, surrounded by wonderful choral voices and a live orchestra. This is for sure the one VIP seating + dinner package that my family never misses. Although make those reservations for breakfast or an early lunch because you will want to experience the seasonal delights of the Holiday Kitchens that are apart of the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays.
