Hello, I cannot find my email to print up my paper ticket for my upcoming trip May 4th. Not sure if it was deleted or never received, can you send?

Hey there, Jan! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. Hakuna Matata, we can find your ticket without the email! There are two places we can look…..

~ You can log in to the Disneyland account you used to purchase the ticket. Go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations. Here you should see your park reservation (which implies you have a ticket to accompany it, as you cannot have a reservation without a ticket.)

~ You can also log in to the Disneyland mobile app, go to Ticket and Passes, and see your ticket with barcode there. Under Future Plans you will see your park reservation. I like using the app because it’s handy for many things during your visit – checking wait times, using Disney Genie+ for faster queues, mobile ordering food and drinks, using Disney PhotoPass, checking the entertainment schedule – these are just a few useful ways the app can help you during the day.

Jan, I hope you’re excited to experience the Nighttime Spectaculars! My very favorite Main Street Electrical Parade, with all the colorful lights and whimsical sounds, just recently returned to Disneyland Park. My other favorite, World of Color, is finally back at Disney California Adventure Park - it's a beautiful light and water show with moving Disney music and cinematic moments. Both will make your heart smile.

    Adventure is out there,
