I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble locating your ticket information. If you purchased your
theme park tickets directly from the Walt Disney Travel Company or on
Disneyland.com, you should have received an email with details about your order and a confirmation number. Sometimes this message takes a bit to come through, but you should get it the same day your transaction is made. I suggest that you try searching your emails for the words “Disneyland Confirmation," and be sure to look in your spam and/or deleted messages just in case it ended up in another folder by accident. You can also log into the
Disneyland mobile app to check if there are any tickets linked to your account, which would be another sign that the transaction was successful.
