    I cannot find my Disneyland e-3 day pass. Can you locate it electronically for me?

    I’m sorry you’re having trouble locating your Disneyland Resort ticket! If you purchased tickets on the Disneyland App, your eTicket should be located in the “Tickets & Passes” section of the App. If you can’t find your tickets in the Disneyland App or on your Disneyland Resort account on the website, that's okay! You should have received a confirmation email with your eTicket information when you made the purchase. If you're not able to locate either your tickets or your confirmation email, I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to assist you further. 

    Once you locate your ticket, don’t forget to visit the Theme Parks Reservation Page on the Disneyland Resort website to secure your desired theme park and day for your visit! I suggest you check the Availability Calendar first to confirm availability prior to booking.
