    Hello, I cannot find my confirmation email with Disney world tickets. What should I do

    Oh my goodness!  I'm so sorry to hear that you appear to be having a spot of bother in locating the confirmation email for your already purchased Disney Theme Park Tickets.  Hopefully, with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust I'll be able to offer some guidance in locating them for you!

    Ganna, I'm sure you've most likely done this already, but my first piece of planDisney advice would be to search all the emails within your current email inbox by using the search term "Disney Tickets".  And of course, don't forget to take a quick peek at your spam folder too as sometimes important emails can be bounced in there by mistake!

    If you're still unable to locate your Disney Ticket purchase email confirmation by searching your current inbox and spam folders; my best suggestion would be to speak in person with a Cast Member by dialling the number for Existing Tickets contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.  Once connected with a knowledgeable Cast Member, they'll become like a real-life Fairy Godmother and for sure will be able to help find a way forward with you to uncover the magical mystery of the missing email confirmation for your Disney Theme Park Tickets!

    Prior to calling, you'll want to have close to hand the payment method you originally used to make the ticket purchase, plus any other pertinent details such as the email address associated with your My Disney Experience account and so on.
