Kerry, welcome home!
I hope your Disney Cruise Line vacation was picture-perfect! I’m sure you came home with many priceless memories. I’m sorry you're having trouble locating your family’s photos. Let’s see if we can round up your Castaway Club ID number.
To access your photos in your
photo gallery, sign in with your Disney Profile and select “My Cruise Photos” under the Already Booked section. You can find your Castaway Club ID in one of two spots. First, navigate to Already Booked > My Profile in the My Account section. Click “Membership & Passes.” You’ll see your Castaway Club ID next to the anchor. Return to Already Booked > My Cruise Photos and enter your 8-digit Castaway Club ID to link the photos to your Disney account. It can take up to 60 minutes for the watermark to disappear from the pictures once they are claimed. Another option is to look at your Key to the World Card. The number is listed on the front of the card.
Each photo can be downloaded 45 days from the day it was captured. After that time, the image will no longer be available for download. You can download pictures individually or as a group. The grayed-out check mark will turn green once you click on the photo you want to download. You can “select all visible media” to select your entire gallery. It’s much easier to download all the images at once to a computer. If you have many images, they will download in several zipped folders. Unzip each folder and save your photos to the desired location. Now they are ready to be shared or printed.
Kerry, not only did you return from your cruise with unforgettable memories, but you’re now in the
Castaway Club! After completing your first Disney Cruise, Guests are automatically enrolled and become Silver Members. When you’re ready to plan another voyage with Captain Minnie, sail our way again. My friends and I are ready to help during the entire planning process.
SEAS the adventure!
