I cannot find the barcode when I first purchased my tickets. Can the barcode be sent to me?

Hello Lorraine, and welcome to planDisney!

Thank you so much for bringing me your important question. Tomorrow is vacation day! I am so excited for you and your family to be on your way to join in the World’s Most Magical Celebration. You are going to have the most magical time. Now let’s get your ticket situation finalized before you arrive.

Let me start by saying, if you already have your tickets linked in My Disney Experience and you can see them assigned to members of your travel party online or in the mobile app, you will not need the barcode, unless you are planning to pick up an admission card. Your barcode was sent to you in an email confirmation, near the bottom of the email. The email was sent by “Walt Disney World Vacation Confirmation” in the subject line. If you search your emails you may be able to locate it. You may need to check your spam folder. If you are successful, you will need to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account right away. You can link your tickets in the mobile app by opening the app, and tap the more icon (3 horizontal lines) and select the Tickets and Passes button. Tap the + sign in the top right corner and then Link Tickets & Passes. Here you can either scan the bar code or enter the numbers under it and click Submit. Follow the prompts to assign your tickets to the respective members of your travel party and then confirm your selection.

If you can’t find the email, Hakuna Matata. When you arrive, you can visit a Guest Relations ticket window with your government-issued photo ID card and the method of payment used to purchase your tickets. A Cast Member can assist you with getting admission cards for everyone in your party. They can also help you link your tickets to your family’s My Disney Experience accounts.

Once your tickets are linked, you will need to make Disney Park Pass Reservations right away. I checked the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar and all parks are available for the next few days. You can make your reservations directly in the mobile app for every day that you plan to visit a theme park. I hope this helps and I am wishing you a magical time filled with all the Pixie Dust.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
