Hi Rhys! A very warm welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you’ve just returned from an adventure at the Most Magical Place on Earth, and now you’re ready to relive those unforgettable memories!
To download your photos from My Disney Experience, simply head to Disney PhotoPass. You should see all your captured moments there. From here, you can select your favourite photos, add them to your cart, and then visit My Downloads to download as many pictures as you like, as often as you want.
On my phone, I often find my downloaded Memory Maker photos in the downloads folder within my photo library - maybe yours are hiding there, too!
It is important to know that current
Memory Maker Terms and Conditions mean all Disney PhotoPass photos, dining photos, attraction photos, and other digital content expire 45 days from the date they were taken. However, if you'd like more time, you can purchase an expiration extension. This will extend the expiration date to 60 days from the date the photo was taken. Please note that expiration dates can only be extended once, and Disney does not currently offer options for permanently storing digital photos taken at Walt Disney World Resort.
If you’re looking to create a Photo Book, I recommend logging into your account on the Disney
PhotoPass site. This allows you to save your Photo Book progress as you go. Once logged in and working on your Photo Book, you’ll see a green save icon at the top right corner of your screen. Just click it, and your progress will be saved. I love using this site for its unique Disney backgrounds and themes - it’s always amazing to see how much we all change with each trip and the wonderful memories these photos bring back!
I hope this information helps, Rhys! If you still can’t find your photos or need more assistance, please
contact Disney PhotoPass Guest Support. And remember, we’re always here at planDisney to help with any questions you might have.
Enjoy reliving those magical Disney moments!
Louise
