    I cannot download the new Disney genie app, as my phone is too old. How can I mobile order, book lightning lanes, etc now?

    Can you believe it?! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins tomorrow! How excited are you right now? I hope you have plans to visit Magic Kingdom Park with its gorgeous decorations, and EPCOT for tasty treats at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Both are worth the visit!

    It is amazing how advanced the digital offerings at the Most Magical Place on Earth have become, isn't it? Disney is always thinking of new ways to enhance the tools that Guests have at their fingertips to get the most out of their vacations. With the new Disney Genie Service, including Disney Genie+ and Lightning Lanes, you will need the most up-to-date My Disney Experience mobile app to use these services. But no worries if you can't! You can still experience the attractions by heading to the regular standby queue. No Disney Genie+ required!

    As for Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, that is done via the My Disney Experience mobile as well. While you may not be able to access this via your phone, you can still order at the Quick-Service locations by either ordering inside (where available) or with the Cast Members standing outside of the dining locations.
