Hi Monica,
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for stopping by to ask a question!
Well, let's check your My Family & Friends List first. All of your family members should be connected to your
My Disney Experience account through the
My Family & Friends List. If you do not see them listed, that could mean you are not properly connected. For folks that have their own My Disney Experience account, you will need to go to the My Family & Friends List, click on Add a Guest, then enter their name and age. From there, you should be able to hit enter and send them an invitation to connect using the email address they have linked to their My Disney Experience accounts.
If you cannot Add a Guest, then I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support by phone. They have been quite helpful when I have needed assistance linking tickets to Guests. Once all of your Guests are linked in My Disney Experience, it should be easy for you to
link and assign those tickets.
Given your arrival date, I do suggest that you call a Cast Member to get your reservations settled. In the meantime, I hope you checked the restaurant list so that you can decide which restaurants warrant
advanced dining reservations. When my family last visited, restaurant seating was limited, so we appreciated having advanced dining reservations. When we did not have a reservation, we used
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering.
Prior to your visit, make sure to download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to get access to all of the digital tools. While there on our last trip, I enjoyed using
Mobile Dine Check-in for our dining reservations. Since our girls have the mobile app downloaded as well, they were also able to check-in for some of our dining reservations. It was a family effort!
Monica, I trust you are able to connect with your family members in My Disney Experience and get those
Disney Park Pass system reservations made!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
