    i Cannot get the app on my phone. How do I access the chat now function?

    Walt Disney World Resort Cast Members are the equivalent of Belle's library from Beauty and the Beast: full of knowledge and a wonderful gift! I always enjoy chatting with Cast Members, whether in person when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, or using the online chat feature. I've learned so much over the years!

    You may chat with a Cast Member on the desktop version of the Walt Disney World Resort website. From the Help & Rules menu, click on "Help Center." You'll see the options to chat, email, or call on the right-hand side, just under Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather. When you click "Chat," a window will open up - fill in the details and wait for a Cast Member to greet you!

    Note that the chat feature is available between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Sometimes the feature is unavailable in those hours when they are busy serving Guests; I find that if I keep checking back, I usually will get a chat window to open up. Just as Belle needed with Beast, patience and persistence work!
