Hello, I cannot add a payment method to my Disney app or through disneyland website.

Hi there, Cadman! Thanks for bringing your question to us here at planDisney! Let's see if we can walk through some pixie-dusted tips to get your payment method all set. I bet you're eager to get your next trip to the Happiest Place on Earth booked and ready to go!

First, let's take a look at the Disneyland Mobile App. Make sure you are logged in with the account you use to purchase tickets. From the home screen, tap the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner. If you scroll down, you should see "My Profile". In "My Profile", select "Payment Method". Here, you should see any current credit cards on file and also the option to "Add Payment Method". If for some reason you're still having issues, maybe try to log completely out of the Disneyland App and open it again with a fresh start.

Second, let's take a look at your account on the Disneyland website. If you are logged in and navigate to the "My Disneyland" tab on the top navigation bar, choose "My Profile". This will bring you to the same page as above where you can select "Payment Method" and then add a new credit card to your account. If you are having difficulty adding it here, I would recommend clearing your cache in your web browser, logging out of the Disneyland website, and starting anew. Sometimes, a good, old-fashioned shutdown and restart can do the trick!

If you are still not able to add your payment method, I think it's time to call in the wonderful Cast Members in Guest Services. There's even a specific team to help with Website Support. You can reach them at (714) 520-6222.

Cadman, I can see that you are heading into the parks next week! I always recommend checking out the Entertainment Schedule for your park days ahead of time so you can EARmark any must-sees and dos, especially those Nighttime Spectaculars! You can easily pull up the day's schedule in the app by tapping the pinpoint icon along the bottom navigation bar and then selecting "Entertainment" from the drop-down menu. I prefer to see the offerings as a list because I think it's easier to read through quickly, so I usually tap "Show List" over on the right-hand side. I usually spot some entertainment I didn't even know about doing it this way!

I hope this was helpful in your planning! If you have any more questions, come back to see us here at planDisney!

    Magic awaits!
