Hey There, Ray!
It's always nice when a fellow Buckeye drops by planDisney –– thanks so much for your question. How exciting that your Walt Disney World Resort visit is coming up soon! While it might still seem far away now, these last few weeks are going to fly by like they've been sprinkled with pixie dust. As you're checking all those final items off your last-minute planning list, be sure to open up the
My Disney Experience mobile app and make sure you've made your
Disney Park Pass reservations for each day that you plan to visit one of the parks. Since it's not usual to see reservations for certain parks fill up as a date approaches, you'll want to do this as early as possible for the best availability. Once that's done, you'll be all set to hit the ground running once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort!
The holiday season is one of my favorite times to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth, and there's no better way to bring an extra dose of holiday cheer to your day than with a viewing of the incredible
Candlelight Processional performances. And there's no better way to enjoy this highly-popular show
and maximize time during your visit to EPCOT –– not to mention getting a great meal to go along with it –– than by booking a Candlelight Processional Dining Package. While we haven't heard any news about dates for this year's Candlelight Processional, yet (or any specifics about the dining packages), I can tell you that last year, the booking window for these dining packages opened on October 26th. While there's no guarantee that it will follow the same schedule this year, historically, reservations for these types of events open up in the same general timeframe from year to year. For all the latest news about the holiday season at Walt Disney World Resort –– including information about Candlelight Processional dates and booking –– be sure to keep an eye on
Disney Parks Blog. As soon as those details become available, they'll have everything you need to know for planning your perfect holiday visit!
Thanks for visiting planDisney, Ray. I hope this helped to answer your question and I'm wishing you lots of holiday magic during your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
See Ya Real Soon,
Amy
