    Hello, So after cancelling the reservations for a certain day, does that mean we are not allowed to reserve with he same tickets fro another day? If not is the money refunded?

    Thanks so much for visiting planDisney this week. It's a pleasure to help someone who shares a name with one of the fiercest Disney protagonists (Esmeralda and Mulan are my all-time favorites)! 

    I'm happy to share that you will be able to use your theme park ticket at another date as long as it is in the same ticket tier and park reservations are available until your ticket's expiration date. To make a new reservation, you will log into your Disneyland account and select "Ticket and Reservation Details." You will then click on "Make Park Reservations" and choose your dates. Simple as magic!

    I hope you can find a great date soon, Esmeralda. The Disneyland Resort will be waiting for you!
