After cancelling our 2020 holiday we are excited to rebook for this summer. I thought I could book exactly as our last trip but I am unable to select Caribbean Beach Resort. Will it be available soon?

Howdy there, Diane. Welcome to planDisney! I'm so sorry that you had to cancel your 2020 holiday. My brother and sister-in-law found themselves in the exact same less-than-magical situation. The good news is that Walt Disney World Resort is back and welcoming Guests again. Having recently visited, I can assure you that there's a whole new world to see and experience. The World's Most Magical Celebration is well and truly underway, offering tons of EARidescent excitement throughout each of the Theme Parks. In the words of Jasmine, "It's all so magical!"

But let's get down to business: It seems like you're having trouble finding availability for Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. With easy access to the brilliant Disney Skyliner and some of the coolest themed pools on property, this is a very popular resort. I just hopped onto the Disney World UK site and did a quick search for the dates you're planning to visit and it does seem that there are no available rooms right now. I'm sorry if that's disappointing, Diana. But as Dory once said, "When life gets you down, you know what you gotta do? Just keep swimming."

If you're flexible on your dates, you might discover some more availability at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. So maybe just play around with the dates and see if anything pops up. If you don't have that flexibility, I noticed that there are plenty of other enchanting options available. For example, Disney's Art of Animation Resort is possibly the best Disney-themed resort on property. It also has access to Disney Skyliner, offers family suites, and the quick-service restaurant, Landscape of Flavors, is a hidden gem. And did I mention that it's a Value Resort? That means more money in your pocket for souvenirs and food! There's also Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. This romantic and relaxing resort has great pools and delicious food. "Beignets? Got me a fresh batch just waitin' for you." I also noticed availability for Disney's Pop Century Resort and, my favorite, Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.

To borrow a phrase from a certain blue Porsche named Sally, "I hope you find what you're looking for." I genuinely believe that any of the Disney Resorts Collection hotels provide their own unique magic and that you can't go wrong wherever you choose to stay. If you'd like any more advice or recommendations, then please reach out again, Diane. Since the anticipation is half the fun, I hope you enjoy planning and that your holiday turns out to be everything you dreamed it would be. "Go. Live your dream."
