    Cancelled vacation what happens to my tickets

    Hi Barrie! Welcome to planDisney!

    Oh Gawrsh! I'm so very sorry to read about your cancelled vacation. If the last couple of years have taught us anything, it's flexibility. I am sending you Pixie Dust and good wishes all is OK.

    So, I must inform you tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable at Walt Disney World Resort.  However, in some cases, you may use an unexpired theme park ticket for a future vacation. For the exact specifics if this exception may apply to your situation, please go to this link for a full explanation in the Frequently Asked Questions regarding ticket refunds.

    It also never hurts to call one of the many incredible Cast Members at (407) 939-1289 for assistance and answers to all your ticket questions. I am also including a link to the Help and Support Center for array of information to assist you.
