Hi Zana -
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.
I'm so sorry you had to cancel your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I know how much planning and excitement goes into getting ready for a vacation, and it's never fun to have to cancel a trip you've been looking forward to.
It sounds like your travel agent booked your vacation package for you, and was also in charge of canceling any reservations that were made. I'm not sure I understand why dining reservations weren't canceled at the time your trip was canceled. My advice would be to contact your travel planner to let them know you've received notices regarding your upcoming dining reservations.
If you have a
My Disney Experience account set up, you can log in and
cancel your dining reservations yourself on the
Walt Disney World website. To cancel your reservation, sign in to your account and select "My Plans". Scroll down until you see any active dining reservations, and you should see the option to "Change Reservation" or "Cancel Reservation". Once you select "Cancel Reservation", you'll be asked if you're sure you want to cancel the reservation. If you select "yes", the reservation will immediately be removed from your plans. You'll then receive an email to confirm your reservation has been canceled.
If for any reason, you are charged a cancellation or "no-show" fee for any of your dining reservations, you'll need to discuss it with your travel agent. For any additional assistance with your dining reservation cancellations, please call and speak to a Cast Member at (407) 824-1391.
Once again, I'm so sorry you had to cancel your vacation. I hope you'll be able to visit Walt Disney World Resort sometime in the near future!
