Hi there Lauren! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'd be happy to assist you today.
What a crazy year it's been for all of us in the Disney Parks family! It feels like Stitch has been creating mischief all over the place, and I understand the disappointment that comes with postponing vacation plans.
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of my favorite seasonal events in Walt Disney World, and I'm truly sorry that Mickey and his friends won't be singing
"boo-to-you" this October.
You are correct that under normal circumstances, tickets to this special evening are non-refundable. While we are still waiting to hear more details about this year's fall festivities, I suggest
calling (407) 566-4985 to speak with a Cast Member specializing in existing tickets. Perhaps a bit of pixie-dust will fall your way to help with your travel adjustments.
Lauren, I will wish upon a star that everything works out so you can have a spook-tacular time with Mickey Mouse and friends sometime in the future. As soon as you are ready to start planning your next visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, come back and see us again. Adventure is out there, and we're always happy to help with any questions that come up along the way. In the meantime, be sure to follow the
Disney Parks Blog to stay in touch with the latest happenings in the Disney Parks and to
experience a touch of magic from home.
Wishing you a great, big, beautiful tomorrow,
Betsy
