    We cancelled three tickets but have not received a refund. When should we expect the refund?

    Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we consider it an honor and privilege to be on your Disneyland Resort "Planning Team" AND to answer your question!

    Well, it sounds like your plans changed, and you and your family are not able to make it to the Disneyland Resort in a few days. Mickey Mouse and his pals totally understand, but please know they will miss you! It just means you can start planning your NEXT trip! WOO HOO!

    As you are planning, I did want to let you know that Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable. HOWEVER, Guests do have flexibility with their Disneyland Theme Park Tickets. On your tickets, you will see an expiration date. This means you and your family can plan another MAGICAL trip to the Disneyland Resort when your schedule permits before your ticket expire. My recommendation would be to look at the Disneyland Theme Park Availability Calendar to see what Disneyland Theme Parks are available to plan your next vacation and then book another Disneyland Theme Park Reservation as soon as possible. As you know, reservations can go very quickly.

    Because so many exciting announcements are being made all of the time, I do not want you to miss a THING! That is why I recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!
