Howdy, Christina! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I’m so sorry you had to cancel your reservations. I’m happy to help you with information to reschedule your magical experience.
I have good news, Christina. Even when you cancel
Disneyland Resort reservations, the
theme park tickets you purchased are still linked to your Disneyland account. Once you are ready to make a new reservation, you can go to the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, check for your desired date(s), and make a new reservation. I experienced a situation where my desired date(s) were initially unavailable and when I checked a few days later, they were available. That's pure magic! As Guests' plans change, you may get a pixie-dusted surprise when you check the calendar.
Multi-day tickets purchased in 2022 will expire January 12, 2024, so you have time to rebook your tickets. If you purchased your tickets in 2021, you still have time – they will expire January 12, 2023. There are some exceptions so it might be a good idea to use the “Chat with Us” feature in the
Disneyland mobile app and consult with a friendly Cast Member on the expiration date for your theme park tickets.
I am sure you are eager to return to the magic. Please stay safe and healthy and keep Disney dreamin’ until your next visit!
