    Angelica from AZ Asked

I just cancelled my reservation because of a health emergency and I don't know when I'll be able to go the park. How much time do I have to make a new reservation?

    Hello, Angelica!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are honored that you have allowed us to be on your planning team. We take this responsibility very seriously, and we are committed to help you in any way.

On behalf of our entire planDisney team, we are so sorry you have had a health emergency and are not able to visit the Disneyland Resort. On your Disneyland Theme Park Ticket, you will find an expiration date on your ticket. You are able to make reservations on your current ticket until the day of your expiration. If, for some reason, you are not able to use your ticket before it expires, the purchased ticket may be used towards the purchase of a new Theme Park admission ticket at the current price so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket.

Please know that Mickey Mouse and his pals sure hope you feel so much better very soon! If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are just a question away.

We hope to See You Real Soon!
