Hello, I cancelled my reservation due to my spouse’s illness. Please let me know how to request a refund

Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, Vinodh!

Welcome to planDisney, we’re glad you stopped by. I’m so sorry to hear that you had to cancel your plans, I hope your spouse is feeling better!

Along with all of our good wishes, I’ll be more than happy to help with your theme park tickets. According to the eTicket Terms & Conditions, theme park tickets are nonrefundable. You can, however, hang on to those tickets to use at a later date. You’ll be able to apply your expired, wholly unused theme park tickets towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket, equal to or greater than, the value of your existing tickets.

Vinodh, I do hope this helps answer your questions. If there’s anything else we can help with, don’t hesitate to ask! You can even give the Disneyland Resort a call. We’re sending all of our well wishes on a speedy recovery.
