For a cancelled park ticket, how long is the value good for a future park ticket purchase?

    Hello there, Ca!

Thank you for bringing your question about Walt Disney World Resort tickets to us here at planDisney

Although it’s unfortunate when plans change and you aren’t able to use your purchased theme park ticket when you had expected, the good news is that the ticket doesn’t have to go to waste! Walt Disney World Resort tickets are non-refundable and can’t be canceled once the purchase transaction is complete. However, even if a ticket reaches its expiration date, the price you paid for a totally unused theme park ticket can be applied as credit toward the purchase of a valid ticket in the future. If ticket prices have changed by the time you're ready to buy another one, you'll need to pay the difference in cost, but the dollar amount you invested in the original ticket won’t decrease or be forfeited over time.

I hope this answers your question, Ca, but if you would like more details about your existing ticket and its value, you can call (407) 934-7639 to speak with a Cast Member. Be sure to have your ticket information handy when you call. Please feel free to write back with more questions as your next visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth approaches!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
