Hello there, MaryJo,
I’m glad you’ve come to visit us at planDisney. Hopefully, we can get you some tips to help get your
theme park reservations the way you want them.
During particularly popular times, theme park reservations may be somewhat hard to find. But I’ve found that Guests often cancel and reschedule reservations, leaving their original reservations available for others to take. The trick is to keep an eye on the
theme park availability calendar and be ready to grab an available reservation as soon as you see it. I’ve noticed changes for a given date especially happening the night before.
Tony’s Tip: Guests of the three
Disneyland Resort Hotels have access to
theme park reservation inventory exclusive for hotel Guests. If you are staying on-site, make sure to link both your
hotel reservation and your
theme park tickets to your Disneyland Resort account. After everything is linked, a “Make a Park Reservation” link will be available from your
hotel reservation page to grant access to that pool of reservations.
I hope you are able to get your theme park reservations restored, MaryJo. If you happen to need additional support for this, it is possible to call the
Tickets phone line, initiate a chat in the
Disneyland mobile app, or visit a
Guest Relations location, e.g. just to the east outside of the main entrance to
Disney California Adventure Park.
I’m wishing on a star for you!
~Tony
