Well, hello there, Richard. I'm so happy you found your way to our happy little corner of the internet!
It's always good to be prepared and know all the ins and outs of a booking in case something changes. Because, after all, sometimes things
do change. So let's get an answer to your question so you can make the best decisions about your vacation.
For our friends in the U.K. who booked with the Walt Disney Travel Company, theme park ticket-only purchases are currently not eligible for a refund. For vacation packages that include a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel room and
theme park tickets, cancellation charges apply based on how close you are to your arrival date. Cancellations made shortly before arrival, or if you do not arrive as planned, are generally non-refundable. I recommend reviewing
the full Terms and Conditions or contacting the Walt Disney Travel Company directly for details specific to your booking. It's important to note that if your package includes airfare, flight components may be non-refundable and can be subject to separate airline terms and conditions. If you booked your package with another company, your holiday would be subject to their terms and conditions.
Summertime is always a fun time to visit the resort, and
staying cool is pretty easy! I love exploring the pools at my resort, and I'm a sucker for a good water slide. Typically, the
Deluxe and
Moderate Resorts have these slides, and they just make me feel like a kid again! Of course, there are the
water parks, and there's certainly no shortage of slides there!
Richard, best wishes with planning your vacation. If you have any other questions,
I'm here for you!
A dream is a wish your heart makes,
Matt
