    What is the cancellation policy? We've paid for resort, tickets & dining plans. My son has been sick for 2 weeks with an unknown illness and we are not sure we can visit on June 12 as planned. This would be our kids' first visit and we are stressed!

    First, I'm so sorry to hear that your son is sick. :( I hope he is feeling better very quickly and that you'll be able to enjoy your first Disney vacation together.

    I am going to recommend that you call Disney directly at 407-W-DISNEY and ask to speak with a Travel Planner regarding your reservation. Without knowing if you purchased Travel Insurance and the specific details of your package, it's tough to give you an accurate answer. I hope you'll be able to reschedule your vacation for a different time if necessary.
