Hello Stephanie and welcome to planDisney!
It is such a magical time when you are planning a Walt Disney World vacation, but sometimes there are bumps on the road where changes need to be made.
If you have hit a bump in your road and need to cancel your vacation package, which includes theme park tickets and a stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you will be refunded if cancelled 30 days or more prior to your arrival date
If you cancel 2 to 29 days prior to the start of your trip, you will receive a refund minus the deposit of $200. If you cancel one day or less before the start of your trip, it is not refundable.
You can usually make the cancellation in your
My Disney Experience account. Go to “My Reservations” where you will access the reservation you need to cancel. If it can be canceled online, you will see a link for “Cancel Reservation” and that link will allow you to handle it online. If your reservation needs to be cancelled by phone, call the
Disney reservation phone line and a friendly Cast Member will be able to take care of it for you!
Stephanie, I hope this helps and you can get that bump in the road smoothed out! When you do get your magical plans back on track, have a great adventure and don’t forget to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
Kurt
