What is the cancellation policy for room only reservations

    Hiya, Scott!

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your reservation question. I’m so sorry to hear that you may need to cancel your upcoming visit. Sometimes life, and even our magic carpet, can take us on an unexpected ride.

Scott, let’s jump right into the cancellation policy. For a room-only reservation, you will need to cancel at least eight days before your scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund of your deposit.

To cancel, sign in to your My Disney Experience account and head to the My Plans section. If your reservation can be canceled or modified online, you should see a Cancel or Modify Reservation link next to your trip details. If that option does not appear, no worries, you can always call and speak with a friendly Cast Member, who will be happy to help you.

Whenever you are ready to plan another Disney World vacation, I highly recommend taking a peek at the Special Offers page. You never know when a little extra pixie dust may help you find the perfect deal!

Scott, I hope this helps answer your question. Please feel free to stop by planDisney again if you have any additional questions.

    See you real soon!
