    What is the cancellation policy for reservations at the Crystal Palace?

    Hello Cindy,

    Thanks for writing!  The Crystal Palace on Main Street U.S.A. at Magic Kingdom is one of my family's absolute favorite character dining venues.  Not only will you and your party get a chance to dine with Winnie the Pooh and a few of his pals, but you will also eat in one of the most beautiful restaurants on property!  You can cancel your dining reservation at Walt Disney World by calling 407-939-3463 or online via the My Disney Experience app.  Restaurants offering advance reservations charge a per person cancellation fee for reservations cancelled after the designated cancellation period for no shows.  The Disney Reservation Center is available from 7:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) to 11:00 PM Monday through Friday and 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom has a 24 hour cancellation period, so if you intend to cancel, please ensure you do so before that time frame.
