    What is cancellation policy for park hotels?

    Hey there, hi there, ho there, Julie, and welcome to planDisney. This is the most magical place on the interwebs to get Disney vacation planning advice.

    Your enchanted adventure is coming up soon and I hope you do not have to cancel. In case you do here is the policy for Disney Collections Resort hotels only. Vacation packages are a different story. 

    • Through the end of 2024, Guests who cancel five (5) days before the check-in date will receive a full deposit refund.

    For vacation packages

    • cancellations made 30 days or more before the guest check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit but may be assessed cancellation fees from third-party hotels or other suppliers, non-refundable runDisney race registrations, non-refundable travel protection plan costs, and other amounts owed.
    • cancellations made 2-29 days before the guest check-in date will receive a refund of the deposit minus $200.00 per package (subject to change) but may be assessed cancellation fees from third-party hotels or other suppliers, non-refundable runDisney race registrations, non-refundable travel protection plan costs, and other amounts owed.
    • cancellations made 1 day or less before guest arrival or for no-shows, the full price of the package is non-refundable

    There is a lot in the conditions so be sure to read them carefully. If you need to cancel see if you can move your package date to another time to avoid any fees and get another date to visit Mickey and the rest of the Fab Five on the calendar.
