What is the cancellation policy or if you have to modify the reservation after the 30 days?

Hi Mary, and welcome to planDisney!

Things happen, and while I know it would be disappointing for anyone to have to cancel or modify their plans to vacation at Walt Disney World Resort, it is always a smart idea to arm yourself with the information, just in case.

Per the 2022 Website Package Terms and Conditions, the amounts paid will be refunded if you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival. For cancelations 2 to 29 days before arrival, the amount paid (minus a cancellation fee of $200 per package) will be refunded. Cancellations one day or less or for no-shows, the full price of the package is non-refundable. Please note that the amounts mentioned are minus any fees assessed by a third-party hotel or supplier. If you need to make changes to your vacation, that is also possible but subject to availability. Changes made 30 days or less prior to your arrival will be subject to a change fee of $50 per package plus any change fees assessed by third-party hotels or other suppliers. *All fees noted are subject to change*

Please let us know if you have additional questions; we are here to help.

    Have a magical day!
