what is the cancellation policy of magic your way packages? or room only reservations?

Hi Suzette! Disney's cancellation policies vary when dealing with room only reservations and Magic Your Way packages. With room-only reservations, your cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival. You are entitled to the full refund of your deposit if cancelled prior to the 7 day mark. As for Magic Your Way packages, payment in full must be received 45 days prior to arrival. If cancelled 45 days before arrival, no cancellation fee is assessed. If cancelled 6-44 days prior to arrival, a $100 cancellation fee will be assessed, and the remainder of the deposit and monies paid toward the reservation will be returned to you. If cancelled 1-6 days prior to arrival, a $200 cancellation fee will be assessed, and the remainder of said monies will be returned. There is no refund for no-shows. Hope this helps clarify Disney's cancellation policy for you. Thanks for asking and please feel free to ask us again! -Malanie

Meet the Panelist: Malanie, New York

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
