What is the cancellation policy for the Hoop Dee Do review dinner and show?

    Hi Paula!

I'm so excited to see you are planning to include Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue in your Walt Disney World Resort vacation plans! It's so much fun!! It's a must do each time my family visits Walt Disney World Resort!

While I hope you don't have to cancel, I applaud you for being so thorough with your planning. Per the Guest Policies: "There is a one day cancellation policy. Full price will be charged / forfeited if Guest cancels within one day or no shows for the reservation."

The policies also include some reminders: "Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to event time to check-in and allow up to 1.5 hours to travel to your destination when using Disney Transportation. Guests traveling in their own vehicles must park at the entrance to Fort Wilderness and allow for an internal motor coach ride of approximately 20 minutes."

I encourage you to give yourself the full hour and a half to get there. While it may not be needed, I want to ensure you make it to your reservation in time. This is one dinner show you do not want to miss!

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
