what is the cancellation policy of Disneyland paradise pier

Hi Christine, and Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you stopped by and sent us your question. I'm happy to help!

I'm sorry to hear your plans have changed to vacation at the Disneyland Resort. The cancellation policy is based on the type of reservation and how far in advance you cancel. If you booked a room-only hotel reservation at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel, you must cancel at least five days prior to the arrival date for a full refund of your hotel booking. Room-only cancellations made less than five days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeit of your deposit which is equal to one night's room charge plus tax.

If you booked a vacation package, it's possible that some, if not all, of the amount you paid for the vacation package, is refundable. If you need to cancel a vacation package made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full. If you cancel your vacation package from five to 29 days before the arrival date, you will be refunded the amount paid except for a $200 cancellation fee. If you have to cancel your vacation package four days or less prior to your arrival, the full price of the vacation package is non-refundable.

To cancel a hotel reservation, please cancel online or call the Walt Disney Travel Company at (714) 520-5060.

I hope this information helps and you can make plans to visit The Happiest Place on Earth again soon. When you're ready to plan, we're here to help at planDisney.

    Wishing you magic!
