What's the cancellation policy on Disney parks currently?

Hi ya Svetlana and welcome to planDisney!

Hakuna Matata, the Walt Disney World Resort is currently offering Book with Confidence. This means that Disney-imposed change and cancellation fees are waived up to the date of check-in for reservations with arrivals through April 30, 2021.

As you prepare for your visit, or for some reason need to cancel, I recommend taking a look at the Know Before You Go page. Here you will find the most up-to-date information on the parks, tickets, and  Disney Resorts Collection. If you are still wanting to visit, I would consider rescheduling your vacation as opposed to canceling it! That way you can just move your existing reservation, to a later date.

I hope this helps answer all your questions, Svetlana. If you need any other help with canceling or rescheduling your visit be sure to give the Walt Disney World Resort a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to assist you with your existing reservation. Be sure to have your confirmation number on hand!

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel from Arizona. I am a mom of two and a military wife. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip! One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for!
