Hi there, Julia! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the Disneyland Resort! But it's always important to be prepared if plans change and understanding the
cancellation policy is an important part of vacation planning. If you made a room-only reservation (didn't include theme park tickets), you must cancel at least five days prior to the arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than five days prior to the arrival date, will be charged a cancellation fee of the first night's room rate plus taxes and fees.
If you booked a
Disneyland Resort vacation package, cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full (minus any cancellation fees charged by third-party suppliers or any non-refundable travel protection plan costs). If you cancel your vacation package from five to 29 days prior to the arrival date, you will be refunded all amounts paid except for a $200 cancellation fee
(minus any cancellation fees charged by third-party suppliers or any non-refundable travel protection plan costs). If you have to cancel your vacation package four days or less prior to arrival, the full price of the package is non-refundable.
Finally, if you purchased a travel protection plan, please refer to the terms and conditions of that plan for complete details.
If you need to modify your reservation, you can do so by calling (714) 520-5060.
Also, please keep in mind that the cancellation and refund policy is subject to change.
I hope this helps and I hope you get to enjoy a magical stay at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel soon!
