Ahoy there, Ann!
For your Disney Cruise Line
ground transfers from Walt Disney World to Port Canaveral, if you need to cancel, there’s a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the ground transfers if you cancel 7 days or less before your arrival date.
As for the hotel stay, if you've booked a Walt Disney World Resort hotel as part of your cruise package, cancellation fees may apply. For hotel stays in calendar year 2025, if you cancel within 7 days or less of your hotel check-in date, you’ll be charged a fee equal to one night’s stay.
If you happen to cancel your cruise, it will also cancel any hotel stays tied to it, and those cancellation fees will be applied. If you’re like me, you like to see this information in writing. You can find all this info, including the cancellation details for both transfers and hotel stays, in the
Terms and Conditions of your cruise booking. Sending positive vibes your way, hoping you get to enjoy this magical vacation!
I hope this helps as you get everything ready for your adventure! Wishing you smooth sailing and lots of Disney magic along the way! Be sure to give
Disney Cruise Line a call should you need additional assistance.
Sea ya real soon with pixie dust and ocean breezes,
Dustin
