Hello Kimberly, and welcome to planDisney!
You have asked a great question, and it is always a good idea to make a note of any cancellation policies, especially when it involves your theme park tickets at
Walt Disney World Resort. Though your tickets are non-refundable, you are allowed to make changes to the ticket, and yes, that includes the date. As long as the ticket has not been used, you can change the date you plan to visit or even choose to add the
Park Hopper Option or
Disney Genie+ as long as it is done prior to midnight ET of the day before your tickets first valid use day. If the expiration date passes, you can apply the price you originally paid for your single-day admission to the purchase of your new ticket if the cost is equal to or higher than the price you paid.
Once you pinpoint a date to visit, please be sure to check the
theme park reservation availability and make your reservations via the
Disney Park Pass Reservation System.
Please let us know if you require additional assistance prior to your arrival; we would love to help.
Have a magical day!
Raquel
