What is the cancellation policy for camping at Fort Wilderness?

    Howdy, Debbie!

Welcome to planDisney, friend! The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness is an amazing place to stay during your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. This resort is surrounded by beautiful forests and has endless recreational activities. There are fantastic swimmin' pool options, fishing, horseback riding, and canoeing to name just a few options available. If your itinerary allows, I would plan a resort day or two to enjoy all that there is to see and do at your home away from home during your stay.

If your upcoming stay is part of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, you can cancel or modify your plans without penalty up to 30 days before your arrival. After 30 days you may incur cancellation or change charges. Should your campsite reservation be a campsite-only reservation and not a package, you can cancel without penalty up to five days prior to check-in. The deposit will not be refunded for cancellations made less than five days before arrival.

Because your trip is coming up so very soon, if you need to make any changes you will need to contact a friendly Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations by phone. They will be able to assist you in making changes and go over any fees that be charged should you need to cancel a package.

I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that your adventure is able to continue as planned, and if not we hope to see ya real soon!
