    What is the cancellation policy

    Hi Jessica,

Thank you for visiting us today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Let me try to point you in the right direction.

As Master Yoda once said, "Difficult to see. Always in motion is the future", there are times that we must make the ultimate decision to change, postpone or even cancel our plans. In general, Resort reservations can be changed or canceled without penalties, depending on the type of reservation and how they were booked. If you used a travel agent, you will need to contact that agency for help. For those booked directly with the Disney Travel Company, start by logging into your My Disney Experience account, and look for the option to cancel your reservation. You can also visit the Hotels Reservations - Frequently Asked Questions page for more information.

In order to avoid penalties, Room-Only reservations can be canceled up to five days before arrival. Magic Your Way vacation packages need to be canceled up to 30 days before arrival in order to avoid fees. Note that air travel arrangements are non-refundable. Also, Theme Park Tickets purchased outside of a Magic Your Way vacation package, are non-refundable. Dining reservations in general must be canceled 24 hours prior.

One last tip: Mickey always tries his best to help our budgets, so be sure to visit the Special Offers page frequently. Hope to see you real soon!
