    what is the cancellation policy?

    Hello, Eric!

Unfortunately, there are times that you must cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. Depending on how you booked your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, you may be able to cancel it online. I suggest you call Disney Reservation Specialist or the travel agent who booked your reservation so that they can assist you based on your specific reservation details. If you need to cancel dining reservations, then be sure to refer to the dining confirmation emails you received shortly after booking, as each Walt Disney World Resort restaurant has its own policy and will assess fees for reservations canceled after the designated period and for no-shows.

I hope this answers your question, Eric. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
