What are the cancellation policies for Narcoossees's and California Grill? How far in advance do we need to cancel? If we don't cancel on time, what is the penalty? We have 2 adults, 2 kids in our party. Do we lose our 2 TS if we cancel late or don't show?

    Hi Lori,

You have chosen two of my VERY favorite Signature Restaurants in all of Walt Disney World! It is always a toss-up in our family of which one to choose on our vacations because we love them both so much.

Both Narcoossee's and California Grill have a $10 guarantee and when you make a reservation at either of these locations, you'll be asked to provide a credit card to secure it. The policy states that 24 hours notice is required to cancel your reservation. If you cancel within 24 hours or you are a no-show, you will be charged $10 per guest on your reservation, so in your case, the charge would be $40. You can cancel your reservation online or by calling 407.WDW.DINE [939.3463]. You will not lose your Table Service credits from your Dining Plan if you cancel late or are a no-show. I do recommend cancelling the instant you know you won't be able to make it so other Guests will have a chance to get your reservation.

I hope this helps, Lori! Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question and please come back with any other questions we can help with!

    Have a Pixie Dusted vacation!
