Hi, Michael! Welcome to planDisney.
As the sea witch Ursula famously says, "Life’s full of tough choices, isn’t it?" And sometimes, those choices include the difficult decision to cancel a long-anticipated Walt Disney World vacation.
At this time, Disney allows Guests to
cancel a vacation package for a full refund as long as it’s done at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel between 2 and 29 days prior, you’ll still receive a refund, but a $200 cancellation fee per room will apply. Cancellations made just one day before arrival—or if you don’t show up—are considered non-refundable. Keep in mind that reservations booked through third-party vendors or under certain special offers may have different terms or additional fees.
To cancel a vacation package, you’ll need to contact the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations team directly, as cancellations can’t be processed online. A helpful Cast Member will walk you through the steps and explain your options.
Depending on your booking, you might be able to make changes to your reservation online. Simply log in to your
My Disney Experience account, go to "My Reservations," and look for the "Modify Reservation" option. If that link doesn’t appear, just give Disney a call and they’ll be happy to assist.
I hope that's helpful, Michael. See ya real soon!
Mike
