Ahoy there, Jaleesa!
Welcome aboard planDisney! Setting sail tomorrow is the kind of excitement that makes it hard to think about anything else. It looks like you may be boarding the Magic or the Fantasy, but either way, you are in for an unforgettable voyage. If I had to guess, I’m thinking Fantasy with
Pixar Day at Sea, which is basically like stepping straight into Radiator Springs, Monstropolis, and Andy’s Room all in one sailing.
When it comes to
cancelling onboard activities, here’s how to keep things smooth sailing. Most activities can be added or removed up to three days prior to sailing. Since you are now inside that window, your best move is to wait until you are at the cruise terminal, connect to the ship’s Wi-Fi, and open your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Head into “My Plans” and check to see if the activity gives you the option to cancel. This method generally works well for activities scheduled later in the cruise.
If the activity you are trying to cancel is on embarkation day, the Navigator app may not allow changes at that point. In that case, once you board, stop by
Guest Services and they can assist you. They are pros at helping Guests adjust plans quickly. If you are cancelling a spa treatment, Guest Services may direct you to
Senses Spa so you can handle the request directly with their team. It is always best to take care of cancellations as soon as possible to avoid any no show charges.
I hope this helps as you make those final adjustments before your adventure begins. A quick check in the Navigator app or a friendly stop at Guest Services should have everything squared away.
Sea ya real soon with a little extra warmth, wonder, and Disney magic,
Dustin
