Hello Robert and welcome to
planDisney.
I am pleased to hear that you are planning a visit to
The Happiest Place on Earth, and I apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing.
Robert, without knowing the type of Disneyland Resort theme park ticket you have, it is difficult for me to pinpoint the exact issue. The first thing that came to mind when reading your question was if there were any date limitations attached to your theme park ticket, or it could be a browser issue. You may wish to check if your browser is on the
list of recommended browsers that support the Disneyland Resort websites. If all is in order then my advice to you would be to contact
Disneyland Resort – Tickets for assistance.
Once your Disneyland Resort theme park ticket is in good order, then you can begin your fun by securing your
Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations the way you originally intended to do, but please ensure you link your theme park ticket first. To link your theme park ticket, please sign in to your Disney account, and from the top right please select
My Disneyland, and from there click on
Link Tickets to enter the ticket ID number. If using the Disneyland Mobile App, from the
Home Page please tap the three stacked lines to go to your Welcome page. From there, look for
Tickets and Passes where you will be able to either scan the barcode or enter the ticket ID number manually.
Since you are thinking of enjoying a few theme park days,
Disneyland Resort’s special offers toward a Disneyland Resort hotel stay may be of interest to you to add a lot of convenience to your visit, not to mention all the things to do at the
Downtown Disney District.
Tip:
Enjoy the convenience of
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering during your visit once you update your payment method in the
Disneyland Mobile App.
Robert, I hope my advice is helpful, I wish you luck with your theme park ticket and a wonderful visit to Disneyland Resort, thank you.
Jacqueline
