Hi David, welcome to planDisney!
I'm so sorry to hear that you had to cancel your Disney vacation. I completely understand that life happens. Luckily, if you purchased your tickets this year from the
Disneyland Resort website, you have plenty of time to use them! One-day tickets are valid through December 30, 2023, and multi-day tickets are valid through January 12, 2024, or within 13 days of first use, whichever occurs first.
But if you purchased your tickets in a prior year, or through a different vendor, I am happy to walk you through the steps of locating the expiration date of your tickets. I prefer to use the
Disneyland Mobile App. Once you load up the App, click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets and Passes". You should see your tickets along with their expiration dates. If you don't see your tickets there, then you'll need to link them to your account. You should see a "Link Tickets & Passes", and that should take you through the steps to link your tickets. Once your tickets are linked, you should see your tickets there along with their expiration dates.
In the worst case that you're unable to visit the
Disneyland Resort before your tickets expire, I do have some good news! Per
Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. Great right?
Hopefully, this is all the information you need, but if you have any more questions, please visit us again!
See ya real soon!
